Shipping and Delivery
Your Pyromaniac by mp order will be dispatched within 10-14 working days from the date payment is received. Because most of our pieces are made by order, we may ask that you allow a little extra time for delivery.
Postage and packing charges for orders shipped in Canada are $15.00 for 1 clothing item and $20.00 for 2 items or more. Postage and packing charges for orders shipped in the USA are $20.00 for 1 clothing item and $25.00 for 2 items or more. Postage and packing charges for other international orders will be handled on an individual basis.
We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from non-delivery.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Pyromaniac by mp customer satisfaction is the top priority and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer an exchange (based on inventory availability ONLY).
Pyromaniac by mp currently does not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange of any Ready-to-Wear, Accessory or Baby item, the item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unworn with all labels and tags attached, and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and customs documents (if applicable) in its original packaging within 15 days of the merchandise ship date. Please notify us of your intentions to return the item within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide you with a RMC (Return Merchandise Code).
A special exchange policy applies for Made-to-measure item(s)
The Pyromaniac by mp Made-to-Measure garment is made according to the measurements of the client. The order may be modified within 72 hours from the time payment is received. A fee equal to 25% of the retail price of the item will be applied to all order changes made after the 72-hour grace period.
Made-to-Measure items cannot be returned unless there is an obvious manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 15 days of the merchandise ship date. The customer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise immediately upon receipt.
Please notify us of your intentions to return the item within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide you with a MDC (Manufacturing Defect Code).
Customers are responsible for all the return postage fees, and no postage or packaging costs will be refunded.
As a reminder, we strongly suggest that you carefully review the care card enclosed to you order before the first use as it contains important instructions on how to care for your garment.
